Because we are a small business and your appointment is with the Owner/Designer, we ask that you book a time that you are certain you can keep and add to your calendar app/planner to avoid last minute cancellations. Our scheduling app will send you a reminder 24 hours before and again 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If something comes up and you are unable to keep the appointment we understand, but please call or text us to let us know so that we can book the time for another client. We are very flexible, and will happily reschedule to a time that is more convenient.
